Nutritional modulation of inflammation

Workpackage: WP1

Workpackage: WP1

Research topics

Our work focuses on the mechanisms of action and regulation of nutritional and environmental factors in inflammatory and infectious processes. We at seeking to better understand how inflammation can be modulated in epithelial pathologies, and to develop new clinical approaches for these conditions.

Our main scientific objectives are to show that:
-nutrition in early life can prevent inflammation in the lung and the intestine
-nutritional intervention can reverse GVHr reaction.
